 - Shipping Policy


Thank you for visiting and shopping at VapeNoSMoke Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy


Shipment processing time


All our orders are processed ready to be packed (dependent on stock) within 24-72 hours. (At this point you may receive an email from the courier giving you a tracking number. Please note this is not a confirmation of dispatch this is for your reference of the tracking once the item is in transit). Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Saturday and only packed on a Sunday and Bank Holidays (Due to the sorting office being closed).


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


If we don’t have your item in stock, we will need to order it in from our suppliers. This shouldn’t take longer than 3-5 working days in normal circumstances, but dependent on the time of the year (Bank Holidays, Christmas, New Year, this could cause delays of up to 10 working days). Upon receipt of stock, this will be sent out the same day.




Shipping rates & delivery estimates


We offer fairly reasonable reduced rates on shipping as we feel some companies overcharge and make a profit on the shipping costs. We try make the costs as fair as possible. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All our shipping is weight based so you will be charged by the total weight of the package.

We also send every item tracked so there's little to no chance of your item going missing.


Delivery delays can occasionally occur dependent on the time of year and weather conditions.



Shipment confirmation & Order tracking


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email from us once your order has been shipped. (Please also check your Spam and Junk mail)


You will receive a separate email and/or Text from the courier (Royal Mail unless specified) giving you your tracking number. This is the one you will use to track your order once it’s been dispatched. Please note this is not a confirmation of dispatch it’s for future reference.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes


We Are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).




We Are Not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.


If you require us to claim for this then we will need everything sending back exactly how it was received so we can process the claim.

International Shipping Policy


We currently do not ship any parcels to the US or TURKEY due to legal reasons.


If you wish to place an order from overseas and there are no shipping options available for you. Please send us an email at: stating your country and we will see if we can send to your destination. We charge one flat shipping rate overseas please see table below:
